We partner with experienced homebuilders in high-growth, supply-constrained markets. Our approach emphasizes working with builders who demonstrate a strong track record in the specific submarket. We prioritize well-located, shovel ready projects that provide quick liquidity events and attractive returns.
Equity Investment: $1.0M - $3.0M

Development.
Focus on acquiring irreplaceable land with significant upside through the entitlement and development process. We have the flexibility to sell after securing entitlements or to continue through the entire development process, depending on market conditions and investment goals of our partners.
Minimum Deal Size: $5.0M+
